What will you do? You will do everything you can to help customers with all their questions as quickly and as well as possible. As a customer service representative, you are responsible for the quick and service-oriented processing of incoming calls, emails and chats. You are the first point of contact for customers and with your empathy you are able to help customers in a correct and pleasant way. By asking the right questions, you identify the real needs of our customers and find the best solution. In addition, together with your colleagues, you ensure that our products look tip-top and that all content meets the quality requirements.

Webshop Employee - Marketing
As a webshop employee, you are responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels. We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer (24-32 hours). Are you someone who enjoys working in a young and fun team? Someone with initiative and guts who knows how to get things done? Then we are looking for you!
What will you do? You will be responsible for a large part of the sales of our products. You have experience and affinity with Facebook and Instagram Ads. And you have an understanding of social media. You know exactly which buttons to press to bring more traffic to the website.
The other half of the time you are busy optimizing the website, product pages, etc. You take care of a good SEO product description. You know how to write a text that grabs the reader and knows how to convince them to buy.

Webshop Employee - Design
Visuals are very important for a webshop and to take our website and marketing to the next level we are looking for a graphic designer. We are looking for an enthusiastic graphic designer (24-32 hours). Are you someone who likes to work in a young and fun team? Someone with initiative and courage and a feeling for design? Then we are looking for you!
What will you do? As a designer you will be responsible for all the visuals that need to be made for the website. You will stick to the branding, but you will also get free rein for your own input. Sense of detail and design is very important. And we expect your Photoshop and editing skills to be on point.
You either have a degree in design or Photoshop or you have a professional portfolio with your previous work.
