How can I return all or part of my order?
You have 14 days to return your product. After that, you have another 14 days to return the package. Please note that we will refund the full amount of your order within 5 working days of receiving the goods. We cannot refund the cost of returning the product.
TO INITIATE A RETURN, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONFIRM THE RETURN ADDRESS AND TO ENABLE AN EASY AND FAST RETURN PROCESS.

Cancellation of orders
Cancellation of the order is only possible 5 minutes after placing the order. The processing of our orders ends after 5 minutes, after which cancellation is no longer possible.
